Many people have asked me how to cure high blood pressure, naturally. Here is the amazing diet that consists of natural cures for high blood pressure.
If your Doctor requires you to be on medication, for reasons of safety, you can still try this diet for 6 weeks.
Then return to your Doctor, to have your cholesterol levels, and blood pressure re-tested. If you have followed the diet, strictly, your Doctor should be amazed at the changes, and may reduce or eliminate your medications.
NATURAL REMEDY FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
The foods in bold actively lower cholesterol, and should be eaten DAILY.
The foods in CAPITAL LETTERS actively lower high blood pressure.
Therefore the foods in both bold and CAPITAL LETTERS will lower both cholesterol AND high blood pressure.

UNCLOG HARDENED CHOLESTEROL PLAQUE IN THE ARTERIES
The following foods dissolve hardened cholesterol plaque in the arteries, if eaten exclusively and adhered to strictly.
Small changes will show after one week, with dramatic changes showing up at the 6 week mark:
All vegetables, cooked and raw.
All fruit.
All beans.
Raw nuts and raw seeds.
Oatmeal, cooked or raw.
Non-gmo, or Organic Soy products, for example tofu or soymilk.
Omega 3 supplement and fish high in Omega 3 such as wild salmon, wild mackerel and wild sardines. (Farmed fish is high in Omega 6, which is not good for cholesterol, so always choose wild fish.)
