No heat, bleach, or chemicals, are applied, during the refining process, so that the oil retains its beneficial nutrients.
Some people prefer lightly refined oils, for formulation purposes, while others prefer unrefined oils, for their stronger aromas and colors.
Certain people can detect a subtle, nutty aroma in this oil, others cannot.
