Home Remedy For Bruises

For stubborn bruises, place 15 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, into 2 oz of water.

Shake before use.

Apply 3 to 5 times a day.

To further speed healing, apply an ice-pack to the bruise, twice a day for 10 minutes.

Always place a thin cloth between the ice-pack, and your skin, to avoid ice-burn.
