Which Foods Speed Up Metabolism?

1. Organic Green Tea Oil UNREFINED Cold Pressed

Green tea is a popular ingredient in weight loss formulas. A green tea catechin, called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), when combined with caffeine, was shown to boost metabolism beyond that of caffeine alone.

One study showed that using a combination of caffeine and EGCG resulted in an average weight loss of 7.7 lbs over a 12 week period!

Pour Green Tea Oil, unheated, over your recipes, daily, to have your body increase its metabolic rate.
Green Tea Oil is particularly concentrated, because it is cold pressed from tea seeds, so the oil has a stronger effect than green tea leaf extracts.
Dose: 1 teaspoon, early morning.
Please read the warnings below, regarding interactions with medical conditions, as these apply to Unrefined Green Tea Oil, as well.

The Chlorogenic Acid present in Green Coffee Bean Oil, is known as a weight loss aid, or metabolism booster. It increases the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) of our body to a great extent.
Pour Green Coffee Oil, unheated, over your recipes, daily, to have your body start burning its stored fat cells. It works much the same way as green coffee bean extract, which is found in supplements to promote weight loss.
Green Coffee  Oil is particularly concentrated, because it is cold pressed from unroasted, fresh, raw, green Coffea Arabica coffee beans, so the oil has a stronger effect than green coffee extracts, which also often contain fillers.

Green Coffee Oil is made from the exact same beans that coffee is made from, with the big difference being that the beans are unroasted, thus still containing Chlorogenic Acid.

Dose: One teaspoon IN THE MORNING.

Do not take internally, if you have a sensitivity to coffee.

VERY IMPORTANT:  Unrefined green coffee oil COULD give you heart palpitations, because its very strong. (Imagine chewing a teaspoon of coffee, with no dilution in water!)

So start with a quarter teaspoon, DILUTED in a full cup of some other liquid.

Then build up to one teaspoon, IF you have had no heart palpitations, over many weeks, but always diluted in a full cup of liquid.

Drinking more than we recommend, will NOT make you lose more weight.

However, even if your situation means that you should not consume Green Coffee Oil internally, it is perfectly safe to use externally, because it is not an Essential Oil and therefore does not get absorbed into the bloodstream.
