Which Foods Speed Up Metabolism?

1. Organic Green Tea Oil UNREFINED Cold Pressed

Green tea is a popular ingredient in weight loss formulas. A green tea catechin, called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), when combined with caffeine, was shown to boost metabolism beyond that of caffeine alone.

One study showed that using a combination of caffeine and EGCG resulted in an average weight loss of 7.7 lbs over a 12 week period!

Pour Green Tea Oil, unheated, over your recipes, daily, to have your body increase its metabolic rate.
Green Tea Oil is particularly concentrated, because it is cold pressed from tea seeds, so the oil has a stronger effect than green tea leaf extracts.
