Natural Remedies For Bad Breath

Bad breath is one of the most embarrassing conditions, especially when you wake up with it, and your partner wants to give you a good morning kiss. But don’t despair – cures for bad breath are only a few days away.

After every meal, and after every snack, do this, in sequence:

  • Brush your teeth and tongue with toothpaste.
  • Floss.
  • Rinse with mouthwash.
  • Brush your teeth and tongue with sea salt.
  • Rinse with mouthwash.
  • Gargle with the following formula: 4 oz water, to which you add: 18 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil plus 18 drops Lavender Essential Oil. These oils are highly antimicrobial, killing a far broader spectrum of fungi and bacteria, than mouthwashes do.

Shake your home made gargle liquid, before use.

Each of the above steps ensures that no scrap of decaying food particles remain in any part of your mouth. Because it is the decaying food particles which cause bad breath, thoroughly removing them, gives you relief from bad breath.

How To Cure Bad Breath

If you do not get results with the above routine, after a few days, then the cause of the bad breath might be an overgrowth of Candida, in the digestive system.
