Three Energizing Essential Oils

 

1. Rosemary Essential Oil

rosemaryAnti-cellulite – due to Rosemary’s ability to increase blood circulation and waste removal, while reducing water retention, it has been effective in creating a smoother appearance for the thighs. Rosemary oil also tones puffy, sagging skin, making it the number one product for combating cellulite.

Stimulates the nervous system, providing a coffee-like buzz. This makes Rosemary oil excellent for mental clarity, when you have to study, or complete an intense workload or workout.

Painkilling – for muscle aches / arthritis / gout / rheumatism.

Whats the most energizing essential oil?   The answer is Rosemary! If you suffer from low energy, apply Rosemary oil to your entire body, after your morning bath or shower. Create a homemade energy lotion, by following these simple instructions:

Drop 30 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil into 4 oz of our Shea Body Butter.

Stir thoroughly for several minutes. Its that simplel!

Precautions – Not to be used by people with high blood pressure / Not to be used during pregnancy, or when attempting to fall pregnant / Do not use if you are epileptic / Do not combine with homeopathic remedies / Do not use a few hours before sleeping, as it may prevent you from falling asleep.

 

2. Lemongrass Essential Oil

LEMONGRASSEnergizing – not to be used near bedtime, but used during the day, is highly stimulating.

Increases circulation – tired feet / aching muscles / chilblains / cramp.

Toning – anti-cellulite / tones muscles.

SPECIAL – Aids the flow of milk in nursing mothers. Apply to front and back of body, twice a day, excluding nipples.

PRECAUTIONS – Avoid sun for 12 hours after application / May irritate very sensitive skin / Avoid in pregnancy, or if you are trying to fall pregnant.

 

3. Peppermint Essential Oil

PEPPPainkilling – to inflamed muscles, due to it high level of increasing blood circulation.

Respiratory decongestant – clears sinuses and opens breathing.

Anti-nausea – reduces nausea, indigestion and colic, by stimulating digestive enzymes.

Raises low blood pressure.

The ‘Exam oil’ – an excellent oil to increase mental concentration and energy levels.

SPECIAL – Enhances sensual pleasures.
